Marketing Head
Experience: 8–12 years
Lead Formula Lighting’s entire marketing function — brand strategy, digital presence, B2B campaigns, and market expansion. You will own the narrative and drive revenue through smart, measurable marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the annual marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
- Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team from the ground up.
- Oversee brand positioning, product launches, and trade-show presence.
- Manage digital marketing, SEO, content, and paid campaigns across channels.
- Drive OEM and aftermarket lead generation through targeted B2B campaigns.
- Lead PR, media relations, and industry award submissions.
- Own marketing budget, vendor relationships, and ROI reporting.
Requirements
- 8–12 years in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in automotive, manufacturing, or industrial B2B sectors.
- Strong grasp of digital marketing, analytics, and CRM tools.
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills.
- MBA or equivalent in Marketing / Business preferred.
